Our engineer returned to site at 17:15 and swapped out the faulty part.
Work to restore service was completed at 17:30 on 25/07/24.
Customers should now find services to be working as expected. We will continue to monitor services to ensure they remain stable.
Any issues being experienced after this time should be treated as individual cases and reported in the usual manner.

Our engineers have identified that the failed equipment requires a spare part from our stores.
They have left site to pick up the required new part and are returning to site to fit the part.
Our engineers ETA to return to site is 17:30.

Engineers have been investigating the problem and found that there is an equipment failure at site, an Engineer is on route to site with a replacement part and is expected to arrive just after 12:00pm. We are continuing to work to resolve this issue and a further update will be provided within 2 hours or as soon as possible.
