Expected Impact:

319941: INCIDENT AFFECTING INTERNET AND VOICE SERVICES

We are currently experiencing a network incident in Peterborough affecting internet and voice services. Engineers are currently investigating the issue and will provide an update as soon as possible or within 2 hours.

Work to restore service was completed at 21:34 on 12/09/2024. Customers should now find services to be working as expected. We will continue to monitor services to ensure they remain stable.
Any issues being experienced after this time should be treated as individual cases and reported in the usual manner.

Our engineer attended and after investigating found the fault to be on the network of a third party.
We are working with the third party and we will update you again by 23:00.

Our team have identified a problem with a third party service that supports our network in this area.
An engineer is on their way to site to inspect the equipment. They should arrive by 9pm, so we will provide the next update by 9:30pm.
